Suzuki cars are developed by Japanese automakers since 1995 and cars sprinted for the first time in the roads of United States, thirty years later. The Suzuki makers worked upon customer’s contentment and developed ever-made contraptions. This authenticity in work increased its popularity among the people. The Suzuki manufacturers placed an automotive inclination in the automobile business that is ever made by any other firms in the world.
Michio Suzuki, the founder of Suzuki, established the industry in the year 1909. The company at the early stages was functioning upon the weaving looms manufacturing. The company is expanded in the first half of the twentieth century and started manufacturing motorcycles, cars and named the industry as Suzuki Motor Company, Limited.
In 1955, Suzuki developed its first ultra light car that is made available for sales in Japan for the first time. The car is developed using highly technical components. Japan extended its dealership with United States in manufacturing highly popular motorcycles in the year 1963. They are not much focused on car making in advance and hence five year later at 1968, Suzuki initiated its four wheeler production. They introduced van for the first time and they worked on the other compact coupes and sedans to keep up with quickly emerging automotive technology.
A subcompact car model was manufactured in the year 1979 named Suzuki Alto and the production of the car is not bunged even now. Suzuki Alto made a big profit to the industry and they are still running in the market.
Suzuki is internationally expanded in the year 1981. This is accomplished through the agreement made with American auto giant General motors. The two industries agreed that the automobiles manufactured by Suzuki is “rebadged” and sold at United States under the Chevrolet brand. In 1985, Suzuki manufactured the model Suzuki Cultus, which is the first one to be rebadged as the Chevrolet Sprint and put on the market at United States.
The company presented the other popular models in the imminent years. Cars like Suzuki Swift that are developed at Japan are brought to the American market for its promotion. The car is sold at high rates and became popular at U.S as both hatchback and sedan. The Sidekick SUV is another popular car innovated by Suzuki that has become one of the Suzuki’s best selling models.
Suzuki offered six more models in the year 2009 at United States. SX4 Sports, SX4 Crossover, Suzuki Grand Vitara, XL7 are the cars that made a revolution in automobile marketplace in sales. The company also developed two pickup trucks, named as the Equator Extended Cab and Equator Crew Cab. Thus Suzuki with its advanced technology and modernism developed the vehicles that are best suited for the people. Now Suzuki is the 12th largest automobile producer in the world by production level. And no other Japanese company sold more cars at United States than Suzuki.
